Bernardin while he was ExecDir of USCC. To my mind the principal failing of Alinskyism begins with its natural atheism, of course--thus its Nietzschean 'will to power' foundation. Thus, as you point out, its methodology is flawed. It does not begin with persons--rather, with 'community,' whatever that might be. Better to feed the hungry and forgive sins. Yes, it is important to recall that CCHD was created by Bp. Bernardin while he was ExecDir of USCC.
