thanks tara, also great point on the grounds of counter suing on grounds of religious descrimination - didn’t even consider covering that angle of the story.

The hospital needs to counter sue the man and claim religious discrimination–due to the fact many other hospitals in the area would easily perform the surgery. How ridiculously obvious that he wants to cause trouble toward Catholics. I also agree that he has a “victim-hood” problem–and, “when a victim’s behavior is rewarded, the individual will maintain the behavior.” Excellent post shelray.
