What is “North Carolina University”? There’s NC State and the U of NC, but I don’t think there is a NC University.

He might want to exmine the conditions in Zimbabwe before making that blanket statement. Robert Mugabe has neutralized the contributions of caucasians in his country, and now the country cannot produce food.
