The attitude towards eugenics, contraception, abortion, etc.., of each person may be dependent on their view of God. If God is seen as Love, then there is a sense of trust and the desire to receive. If God is not recognized as Love, then there is no trust, and He is a potential threat to happiness, that must be taken or grasped for themselves.
