I suppose that unless you know someone and their style of speech, their aphorisms might not be as humorous to you. Nevertheless, here are some very good Swetlandisms for those who might want to peruse through this list put together by Msgr Stuart Swetand’s students. I think a lot of them are humorous regardless of whether you can picture him saying them or not ; let me know what you think.
